  •  Additional guest charge of $10 per person per night (more than 2 in 1BR or more than 4 in 2BR)
  •  Belize government hotel tax of 9% is not included in the above rates. 
  •  Discounts available for extended stays
  •  A 3-night minimum stay is required.

  •  Deposit – A deposit of 3 nights stay at time of booking with a balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

  •  Balance is automatically charged to credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival.

 

How to Reserve Your Paradise Villa Unit

To make your reservation, please follow these steps:

  •  Check our Availability Calendar to see if the condominium unit you would like to reserve is available for the dates you wish to stay.
  •  Contact us with the following reservation information:
  1. name, address, telephone number and email
  2. arrival and departure dates
  3. credit card name, number and expiration date

Cancellations and Hurricanes

There will be a 5% cancellation fee to cover the credit card processing fees.

If cancellation is received 29 – 15 days prior to arrival there is a 50% refund. 

For cancellation less than 15 days there is no refund.

There is also no refund on unused portion of stay.

If a hurricane watch or warning has been issued for any portion of your stay (through November 15), we will waive our cancellation penalty and refund all remittances you have made.

Discounts

We will be delighted to extend you a 10% discount for reservation of 10 nights or more.

We will be delighted to provide you with a 10% discount for diving at the diveshop next door.
